Agile AirLink Ultra 5G
The new compact and premium 12G SDI 5G portable encoder is capable of delivering true UHD at 50/60 frames per second and can support mixed 3G, 4G and now up to four 5G SIMs that can be connected for high bandwidth, low latency and reliability .
In addition to ultra-high-speed upload capabilities, the Ultra 5G encoder features a wi-fi hotpot, 8 audio channels, true video return and an IP data router (with ethernet SIM) via dual ethernet connectors. It can also be used both through a backpack and with the camera mount set up.

The encoder Agile AirLink Ultra 5G enables broadcasters, content producers and security services to deliver live content 5G live streaming and video files with ease to support different media contribution and video management workflows. Gate supervised LinkMatrix, Mobile Viewpoint's online service platform for remote management, the Ultra 5G encoder can provide live streaming for news, sports and other outdoor live events from remote locations.
This is done by choosing a cloud decoder for web streaming or an onsite decoder from the broadcast center or control room, providing true point-to-point transmission without the need for a cloud subscription platform. The receiving decoder can utilize live steaming via SDI 12G outputs, IP outputs, or as a file-based workflow as needed.
Pioneer in 5G
Mobile Viewpoint is a pioneer in solutions 5G live streaming by leveraging this technology in the first 5G sports broadcast (BT Sport and BT Group's EE). This is the first live two-way broadcast over 5G, with remote production, from Wembley Stadium to London's ExCeL Exhibition Center in November 2018. Mobile Viewpoint continues testing with other 5G network providers ensuring not only their compatibility, but also giving a unique insight into the possibilities of this technology and what it could mean for further innovation in live streaming.
