The process began in Copenhagen, the headquarters of one of its subsidiaries, TV3 Sports, which was already using the FORK system for ingest, playout, integration with <strong>Avid<\/strong> Media Composer, <strong>SGL\/Quantum<\/strong> for archive and <strong>Snell\/Morpheus<\/strong> for flow automation.<\/p>\n<p>One of the key requirements was the cooperation of the central playout in Sweden (Stockholm) with the <strong>FORK production servers<\/strong> in Denmark (Copenhagen). From the beginning, the aim was to ensure functionality between the two points of activity regardless of the final choice of content management system\/manufacturer (MAM).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/comart.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Xchange_lineup_1a.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7440 size-large aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/comart.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Xchange_lineup_1a-1024x666.jpg\" alt=\"Xchange_lineup_1a\" width=\"669\" height=\"435\" srcset=\"https:\/\/comart.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Xchange_lineup_1a-1024x666.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/comart.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Xchange_lineup_1a-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/comart.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Xchange_lineup_1a-768x500.jpg 768w, https:\/\/comart.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Xchange_lineup_1a.jpg 1454w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 669px) 100vw, 669px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After months of needs and functionality analysis, the FORK Media Asset Management system was selected in October 2015.<\/p>\n<h2>Modern Times Group chooses FORK Media Asset Management<\/h2>\n<p>After months of needs and functionality analysis, the FORK Media Asset Management system was selected in October 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The system includes: <strong>28 ingest channels<\/strong>, integration with 30 users <strong>Adobe Premiere<\/strong>, Live Assist system for studio\/control room <strong>playout,<\/strong> <strong>Disk archive<\/strong> for long-term archiving and fast retrieval, integration with Pebble Beach&#039;s streaming automation system and Harris&#039; traffic system.
