NEA ESPA & Cultural and Creative Industries<\/h1>\n

The four new programs were announced last week. NSRF 2014-2020<\/strong> which was in pre-publication from the Operational Program \u201cCompetitiveness, Entrepreneurship, Innovation\u201d. The total amount of the aid amounts to 370 million euros, which will be distributed in two cycles.<\/p>\n

Practically, we report that the new programs include all creative and related activities within the framework \u00ab"Cultural and Creative Industries"\u00bb<\/strong> such as, for example, professions related to image & sound, applied arts, etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Comart has experience in successfully completing similar projects in the past in collaboration with a consulting firm<\/strong> can help those who wish to join and engage in sectors and professions related to the entire cultural and creative industry, such as the visual arts (painting, photography, etc.), the performing arts (theater, dance, music, etc.), applied arts (graphic design, product design, web design, etc.), architecture, literature, but also everything related to their reproduction, such as publications, magazines, newspapers, radio, video, television, advertising, etc.<\/p>\n

NEA ESPA, Below are a summary of the announcements of the NSRF 2014-2020 programs.<\/p>\n

ENHANCING SELF-EMPLOYMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION GRADUATES<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

The aim of the program is to support higher education graduates, unemployed and self-employed people in starting\/supporting the practice of professional activity related to their specialty and the organization of an independent professional space. The program is addressed to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • \u2018Unemployed<\/strong> tertiary education graduates, registered in the OAED unemployed registers, on the date of submission of the application.<\/li>\n
  • Natural persons<\/strong>, graduates of higher education, who, on the date of publication of the Invitation, are engaged in a professional activity related to their specialty and are not in a salaried employment relationship, nor do they receive an old-age pension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Through this program, they will have the opportunity to create, organize, support and operate a new or existing independent professional space related to their specialty.<\/p>\n

    Type of Reinforcement: <\/strong>The funding covers 100% of eligible costs.<\/p>\n

    Investment project budget:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • up to 25,000 euros in the case of an individual opening a sole proprietorship.<\/li>\n
    • up to 40,000 euros for two-person collaborative schemes.<\/li>\n
    • up to 50,000 euros for collaborations of three or more people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Basic participation requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Income criteria:<\/strong> The individual income of the interested party in the year 2015 must be \u2264 20,000 euros.
        \nIn the case of a family, the family income in 2015 must be \u2264 35,000 euros.<\/li>\n
      2. Subsidy from past programs:<\/strong> The interested party must not have been approved and must not have received support from co-financed programs from 1.01.2012 until the date of submission of the application. Participation in co-financed training actions is excluded.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Submission period: <\/strong>from 8\/3\/2016 to 15\/4\/2016<\/p>\n

        NEW ENTREPRENEURSHIP<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

        The program aims to create very small and small, sustainable businesses with an emphasis on innovative business plans and to boost employment by creating sustainable new jobs.<\/p>\n

        The program is aimed at:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Unemployed<\/strong>\u00a0registered in the OAED unemployment registers at the time of submitting the application.<\/li>\n
        • Individual entrepreneurs providing services<\/strong>\u00a0who are active professionals without having a salaried employment relationship and without receiving an old-age pension on the date of publication of the invitation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Type of Reinforcement:<\/strong> Subsidy with an amount from \u20ac15,000 to \u20ac60,000. The funding covers 100% of eligible expenses. The Subsidy concerns the establishment of a business in 8 strategic priority areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Agri-Food\/Food Industry<\/li>\n
          • Cultural & Creative Industries (CCI)<\/li>\n
          • Materials \/ Constructions<\/li>\n
          • Supply Chain<\/li>\n
          • Energy<\/li>\n
          • Environment<\/li>\n
          • Information and Communication Technologies ICT<\/li>\n
          • Health-Medicines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Eligible corporate forms:<\/strong> Ltd., OE, EE, IKE, Social Enterprises of Law 4019\/2011 and Cooperative enterprises. SA is not an eligible corporate form.<\/p>\n

            Eligible\u00a0<\/strong>expenses:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Purchase of equipment (up to 40% of the investment plan) Operational (rent of business premises, electricity costs, business telephony costs)<\/li>\n
            • Expenses for third-party fees (legal, accounting support)<\/li>\n
            • Incubator hosting services<\/li>\n
            • Promotion, networking and exhibition participation costs<\/li>\n
            • Depreciation of fixed assets<\/li>\n
            • Purchase \/ Lease of equipment<\/li>\n
            • Supply of consumables Insurance contributions of the beneficiary (entrepreneur \/ partners) Salary costs for new position(s)<\/li>\n
            • Costs of preparation, submission, registration or renewal for a recognized industrial or intellectual property title<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              The costs will be eligible\u00a0ONLY<\/strong>\u00a0if they are carried out after the\u00a017.03.2016,<\/strong>\u00a0 start date for the electronic submission of the funding application.<\/p>\n

              Submission period: <\/strong>from 17\/3\/2016 to 27\/4\/2016<\/p>\n

              UPGRADING VERY SMALL & SMALL ENTERPRISES TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES IN NEW MARKETS<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

              Existing & new micro and small businesses can participate.<\/p>\n

              Type of Reinforcement: <\/strong>Subsidy with an amount from \u20ac15,000 to \u20ac200,000. The funding covers 40% of eligible costs and is increased by 10%, reaching 50% <\/strong>in the case of hiring new staff.<\/p>\n

              The Subsidy concerns existing or new businesses operating in the 8 strategic priority areas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

              Eligible costs:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                \n
              • Buildings, other facilities and surroundings, Machinery Equipment<\/li>\n
              • Environmental protection & energy & water saving facilities<\/li>\n
              • Development & Certification of quality assurance & environmental management systems<\/li>\n
              • Actions for the registration of patents and the protection of intellectual property at national, European and international levels or for the acquisition and use of patents and for the transfer of know-how.<\/li>\n
              • Technical support expenses for the conclusion of cooperation contracts with foreign firms or Joint Ventures, concerning new markets or new products\/services.<\/li>\n
              • Certification & standardization of final products\/services according to recognized standards (e.g. CE).<\/li>\n
              • Employee salary costs (existing and\/or new staff)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                The costs will be eligible ONLY<\/strong> if they are carried out after the 11.02.2016<\/strong> date of publication of the invitation.<\/p>\n

                Submission period: <\/strong>from 17\/3\/2016 to 27\/4\/2016.<\/p>\n

                SUPPORT FOR TOURISM SMEs TO MODERNIZE THEIR BUSINESSES AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

                Existing & new micro, small and medium-sized enterprises operating in tourism can participate. The program is aimed at:<\/p>\n

                  \n
                • Existing<\/strong> businesses that keep category B and C books, which until 31\/12\/2015 have closed two or more management years.<\/li>\n
                • New<\/strong> businesses that do not fall into the above category of existing ones and have been established until 31\/12\/2015.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Type of Reinforcement:<\/strong> Subsidy with an amount from \u20ac15,000 to \u20ac150,000. The funding covers 40% of eligible expenses and is increased by 10%, reaching 50% in the case of hiring new staff. Businesses are subsidized for:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • Buildings, facilities and surroundings, Machinery \u2013 Equipment<\/li>\n
                  • Environmental protection & energy & water saving facilities<\/li>\n
                  • Development & Certification of quality assurance & environmental management systems<\/li>\n
                  • Employee salary costs (existing and\/or new staff)<\/li>\n
                  • Self-propelled means of transport, unmanned sea vessels and bicycles of all types intended for rental as equipment for businesses engaged in relevant activities.<\/li>\n
                  • Commercial vehicles, either mixed\/multi-purpose, with at least nine (9) seats<\/li>\n
                  • Advertising and promotion expenses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Basic Conditions for Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      \n
                    1. In businesses with three or more uses, the business is required to employ an average of 1,000 people in the three-year period 2013-2015. at least half (0.5) EMU of hired labor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                    2. In businesses with two uses, on average, in the two years 2014-2015, it is required at least half (0.5) EMU of hired labor.<\/strong><\/li>\n
                    3. In case the company has received aid from a previous program, it must, including the aid from this action, not to exceed the amount of \u20ac200,000<\/strong> within the three-year period (current calendar year and the two previous years).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
