“Smart Manufacturing” Grant Program”
Greece 2.0 – Smart Manufacturing. Grant/Subsidy Program aimed at very small, small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the eligible KADs of the call.
The program includes, among others, the following activities (KAD)
- Prints and playback of pre-recorded media
- 58.11.1 Publishing of printed books
- 58.11.2 Publishing of books on disc, tape or other physical media
- 58.11.5 Publishing of books on a fee or contract basis
- 58.13.1 Publishing of printed newspapers
- 58.14.1 Publishing of printed periodicals of all kinds
- 82.92 Packaging activities
Strengthening technological infrastructure
Investment projects of very small, small and medium-sized enterprises will be subsidized to strengthen their technological infrastructure and upgrade their manufacturing equipment using smart, cutting-edge technologies with low environmental impact.
Investment plans should aim to improve the resilience of the business through the upgrade of digital production management and control systems, the procurement of advanced and digitally controlled industrial equipment, the digitalization of interconnection systems throughout the supply chain, and the production of systems and technology that support digital transformation.
Indicative interventions that can be implemented concern: digitalization of production lines by utilizing Industry 4.0 technologies, automation and interconnection of supply chains, design and production of smart products and services, application of Smart Manufacturing technologies to improve cost efficiency, quality assurance and risk management, feasibility studies and market research for the development of new smart products/services.
The program finances projects with a budget of €250,000 to €6,000,000, which may include, among others: mechanical equipment, building facilities, special building facilities for the introduction of new technologies such as e.g. 5G high-speed network infrastructure, laboratory and quality control equipment, ICT & software equipment, software licenses, staff and workforce training in the new technologies of Industry 4.0. etc.
