Comart SA successfully completed the installation of a central video management system based on Apple's Final Cut Server platform at the television production studios of STUDIO ATA in Maroussi.

The project was implemented with a central, highly available storage system, with a capacity of 15TB, based on Apple's 64-bit XSAN cluster file system, shared via 4Gbps fiber optics and iMac & Mac Pro workstations with Apple's Final Cut Studio suite for high and low resolution editing.

Final Cut Server is a leading Media Asset Management and workflow automation solution from Apple, capable of managing thousands of files and dozens of production tasks, simplifying the sharing of video files over a network with incredible speed and high availability.

The workflow that will operate based on Final Cut Server provides Studio ATA with significant advantages in the production and technical editing of Video, such as:
