Event Audio Video coverage & streaming

We have recently completed the installation and training in an audio-visual coverage and streaming system for the auditorium of the French Institute of Athens for the most complete organization of events and conferences. For the French Institute, a decisive factor for the successful conduct of events and conferences is the excellent technical infrastructure and the corresponding support.

In cooperation with the company managers, we designed and delivered audio-visual equipment for video recording and live coverage of events and events, transmission via web streaming, availability of snapshots and speeches On-Demand and/or recording on DVD for use by the organizers. Our technicians trained the people in charge to use the system.

Audio Video coverage

The equipment consists of LUMENS PTZ (Pan Tilt Zoom), VC G30 15X Zoom SDI and VC A50S 20X Zoom SDI robotic cameras and is controlled via VISCA protocol by a Lumens VS K20 Controller. Additionally included is a Blackmagic Design ATEM Production Studio 4K for image mixing, various BlackMagic Design Mini Converter – HDMI to SDI audio-visual signal converters, etc. and other peripherals. The mixing console's PGM connects to a Matrox Monarch HD for streaming and recording of the final material.

The French Institute

The 143 French institutes and cultural centers around the world are organizations subject to the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of France and aim to promote cultural, intellectual and audiovisual cooperation between professionals, to highlight contemporary French and French-speaking artistic creation in the wider audience, the presentation to students and foreign professors of French higher education and the learning of the French language through a complete educational program. The French Institute of Greece was founded in 1907 and is one of the most important Institutes of this network due to the long-standing and strong Greek-French friendship.
