Apple iMac Pro Films

To demonstrate the power of iMac Pro, Apple invited a team of renowned filmmakers, CG artists and motion graphics designers to create a personal project using its advanced technologies. This assignment was an opportunity for all of them to use this incredibly capable tool to define its value through their creations. From developing ideas to final preparations for production, iMac Pro proved to be the perfect creative partner.

Buck

A renowned team of designers, artists and storytellers based in Los Angeles, Sydney and New York, they create groundbreaking work for clients in the advertising, film and entertainment industries. Using the iMac Pro, they combine 2D and 3D animation with rendering and stop motion to create a frenetic vision of the creative mind.

Erin Sarofsky

Erin Sarofsky is the owner and Executive Creative Director of Sarofsky, Inc., based in Chicago. Her widely recognized work includes film titles, animations, and visual effects. With the iMac Pro, she magically brings a book of ideas to life as she takes the 2D page and puts it into the 3D world.

Esteban Diacono

Esteban Diácono is a well-known animated graphic designer from Buenos Aires. In addition to his personal work, he has collaborated with some of the most creative design and technology companies in the world. Esteban used his iMac Pro to create a series of incredibly detailed 3D characters that converge in a mysterious showdown.

Luigi Honorat

Luigi Honorat is a French 3D animation artist. He lives in Tokyo and is a lecturer at Musashino University of Art. Using his iMac Pro, he explores form and movement, seamlessly placing his animated figures in gallery spaces around Tokyo.

ManvsMachine

ManvsMachine is a design and animation studio based in London and Los Angeles. They have won numerous awards for their work, including the coveted D&AD Black Pencil and Cannes Gold Lions. In this video, they demonstrate the power of the iMac Pro by using code and algorithms to create a world with seemingly infinite detail.

Michelle Dougherty

Michelle Dougherty is a director and designer at Imaginary Forces in Los Angeles. She has been nominated for eight Emmy Awards and recently won for her title design on the television show Stranger Things and for directing the documentary Sonic Sea. Michelle used the iMac Pro to create a powerful expression of fluidity, tension, and release.
