Pre-publication of the Action We operate dynamically for the media, from the New NSRF 2014-2020

The "WE ENTERPRISE DYNAMICALLY" Program is part of the Operational Program "Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship, Innovation (EPanEK)" of the NSRF 2014 - 2020 and has as its main objective the upgrading of the level of business organization and operation of SMEs in the eight (8) strategic sectors of the country, in order for them to utilize their competitive advantages.

The strategic priority areas are:

  • Agri-Food / Food Industry
  • Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI)
  • Materials / Constructions
  • Supply Chain
  • Energy
  • Environment
  • Information and Communication Technologies ICT
  • Health

Businesses will be supported to upgrade through increased investment in the their technological and commercial modernization, the adoption of the use of ICT, the increase in the degree of standardization and certification of products, the development of quality integrated services, the improvement of the quality of products and services offered.

At the same time, with the transfer of technology and know-how, it is expected that the capacities of the productive potential will be strengthened and the competitiveness of SMEs will be increased.

The funding is provided by the European Union and in particular by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and by the Greek State.

Aid scheme – Project budget – Project duration

Within the framework of the program, projects with a total investment budget of (subsidized project) are supported - in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1407/2013 (De Minimis) from €20,000 to €300,000. The aid rate is set at 50% of the total budget. There is a possibility of paying an advance of up to 40% of the corresponding Public Expenditure against an equal letter of guarantee.

Eligible Entities – Participation Requirements

The following can submit a proposal to the Program:

Existing medium-sized, small and micro enterprises, as defined in Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC, which operate exclusively in the eight (8) strategic priority sectors of the EPAnEK (excluding Tourism): Agri-Food/Food Industry, Supply Chain, Energy, Environment, Information and Communication Technologies, Health, Materials – Constructions, Cultural – Creative Industries.

Eligible Actions

  • Management Systems Certification, Design and Standardization
  • Promotion – Promoting businesses in target markets
  • Know-how Rights and its utilization to enhance the more efficient production of products and services
  • Technological upgrade through increased use of Technology
  • Technical and Advisory Support/Business Guidance that will contribute to improving the organization and productivity of businesses, supporting innovative and technological entrepreneurship and supporting the orientation towards new markets
  • Building infrastructure upgrade for the operation of modern business activities
  • Mechanical Modernization

The starting date for expenditure eligibility is set at 1.1.2014, provided that the business plan has not been completed before the date of submission of the funding application.
