Process for purchasing subsidized digital solutions
Step 1: Receiving vouchers)
A prerequisite for the issuance of a voucher is the completion of the evaluation and successful classification of the Beneficiary. Upon evaluation, the vouchers corresponding to each Beneficiary are issued.
The vouchers will appear in the beneficiary's account on the Program's Electronic Grant Management Platform. They will also be sent to the mobile phone number they have registered.
Each voucher consists of an eight-digit code of the format XX.XX.XX.XX. After issuance, it is linked to the beneficiary and is not transferable.
Step 2: Selecting products and suppliers
Beneficiaries can purchase the digital solutions of their choice from the approved supplier of their choice.
Only approved suppliers in the Program (digital solution providers) can receive and redeem vouchers issued and in the possession of Program beneficiaries.
It is the responsibility of the digital solutions provider to indicate the appropriate products that constitute approved solutions of the Program and can be subsidized. Eligibility will in any case be checked later upon redemption of the voucher.
Step 3: Order products – reserve vouchers
The beneficiary agrees with the Supplier on the digital solution to be purchased under the Program and proceeds with its purchase. In the final stage of order completion, which may, for example, concern:
e-shops: purchase completion and transfer to the "basket & checkout pages" store: order confirmation with seller or payment at the checkout, telephone sales/sales consultant: order confirmation with seller by phone, the beneficiary must "deliver" to the approved supplier:
- The Program voucher, in order to cover part of its cost.
- The one-time code sent to the mobile phone and valid for a few minutes, which ensures that the transfer of the voucher is made with the consent of the beneficiary.
