Blackmagic Design has announced new lower prices for the Blackmagic PYXIS 6K and Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K, making the full frame 6K digital film cameras more accessible to filmmakers, content creators, production teams and independent filmmakers.
According to the announcement, the reduction exceeds US$$1,000 on select models and was made possible by better component pricing. The result is that creators can now more easily enter a full frame 6K Blackmagic workflow, with Blackmagic RAW, cinematic image and direct connection to the DaVinci Resolve ecosystem.
